Which plan does a venue with several rooms or lanes need?
Plans count locations, not rooms. A six-room escape room or a twelve-lane bowling alley at one address is one location. Pick by monthly spins: Starter covers 500 spins a month, Growth 2,500, Venues unlimited. A site that sees 30 groups of four a week will pass 500 spins, so Growth is the usual fit for a busy single venue. Two or more sites need Growth (three locations) or Venues (ten).
What counts as a spin?
One guest scanning the QR code and spinning the wheel once. A group of six who all spin is six spins, and a returning guest who spins again on a later visit counts again. Limits are per month.
What happens in school holidays when we go over the limit?
Limits are monthly, not daily, so a busy half-term week is fine as long as the month stays inside the plan. If a peak month pushes you over, upgrade from the dashboard; the difference is prorated.
