This is a simplified demo. The real SpiniX wheel is fully customizable: your colors, your logo, your reward labels, your branding. Guests see it on their phone after scanning your QR code.

Yes. You choose the rewards, their probabilities, and the visual design. Most venues use 6-8 segments. Escape rooms give free hints, extra minutes and a free game; bowling alleys give a weekday game or free shoe hire; restaurants give a dessert, a coffee or a discount.

The reward is automatically saved to their Apple or Google Wallet. They can also receive a WhatsApp or email reminder before the reward expires. When they return to redeem, staff verifies the pass with one tap.

That is up to you. Most venues configure every spin as a win (with varying reward values) because it maximizes engagement and goodwill. You control the probability of each reward.

Guests scan a QR code at the exit, the counter, the debrief room, a table tent or a receipt. The wheel loads instantly in their browser – no app download needed.

Yes. After spinning, guests are prompted to tap the Google review link. The review ask is separate from the reward (compliant with Google policy). Top SpiniX venues see 50 to 63% of guests tap the review link; the median venue sees 15%.
